MINIMUM STAY AND DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
When stays include any of the Peak Season days during Easter and Christmas, a minimum stay of 7 nights is required. At all other times there is a minimum stay of 3 nights, however, a stay of less than 3 nights incurs a one time cleaning charge of $65.
A 25% deposit is required with the initial reservation, with full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Also, a fully refundable Security Deposit of $200 is required from each renter.
Please do not plan large parties, or plan to exceed the number of people allowed in each home. If you are planning a family gathering, please let us know in advance, as we will try and accommodate the number of guests in several closely grouped homes.
