The fully fitted kitchen has a cooker with ceramic hob and a huge fridge- freezer with ice and water dispenser. There is a dishwasher,microwave and waste disposal unit. All crockery,cookware,cutlery and glasses are provided. Also included are electric kettle,toaster,blender,coffee machine and electric can opener. There is a separate laundry room with washer,dryer,iron and ironing board. The villa has a spacious master bedroom with Queen size bed,cable TV and walkin closet.French doors open onto the covered patio. The spacious en-suite bathroom has a large bathtub,separate toilet,large shower,and twin sinks with fitted cupboards. A hairdryer is provided as are all sheets and towels. The villa has three further bedrooms. One is a double with an en-suite shower room with hairdryer provided and two further twin bedded rooms. All have large closets. There is one additional family bathroom adjacent to the twin rooms again with a hairdryer provided. Cots and strollers can be rented for a small additional fee from our management company. SAFETY The villa is fitted with a range of safety features including smoke alarms,emergency lighting, and fire extinguisher. To protect children there is a child safety fence around the pool and all exits from the villa to the pool area have door alarms to alert you if young children try to enter the pool area unsupervised. Dead bolts are fitted on all external doors. There is a safe for guests to use. Our management company can be contacted easily by telephone if there are any problems with the property. There is also a 24 hour emergency number. THE POOL The villa has its own larger than average pool with a paved sun bathing deck and a covered lanai. Upgraded comfortable patio furniture and sun beds are provided. Two fans keep the lanai cool for outdoor eating. Pool heating can be arranged before your visit at an extra charge. It is recommended between October and April. It is recommended that all children are supervised in the pool area and that the safety fence is left in place when young children are present in the villa and that the door alarms are switched on.The owner and management company accept no liability for pool accidents. THE AREA There is a vast range of restaurants in the local area as well as supermarkets and outlet stores. There are several public golf courses in the area. The Florida Mall and Belz Retail outlet stores (for serious shoppers) are about forty minuted drive away. Milllenia Mall with Macy's and Bloomingdales has just opened. If you tire of Theme Parks Lake Louisa State Park and the town of Clermont are a short drive north on Highway 27- both well worth a visit. Also recommended is Mount Dora. Further afield are Lake Okeechobee, Miami, the Everglades and the Florida Keys to the south and Daytona Beach and St. Augustine to the north. Turnday: Any.
