PAYMENT
Your initial 25% deposit (of the Total Balance Due) holds your reservation. Your initial deposit can be paid by VISA/Mastercard. Payment balances must be paid by check or cashiers check only and are due 45 days prior to arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSITS are refunded within 30-45 days after your departure and inspection of the rental unit.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If a cancellation is necessary and we are able to re-rent the unit for the same time frame and price, we will return all prepaid rent less a 10% fee. If we are unable to re-rent the unit, you agree to forfeit all prepaid rent. All CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING.
