This large two bedroom apartment located on the top floor of A Blue Horizon, has fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico from a 30 foot wide private deck. It is decorated with beautiful ceramic tile flooring and tropical style furnishing. A great room spans the entire width of the apartment and features an 8 foot slate top pool table.
The great room includes dining service for six, color cable television, VCRand DVD, a half bath, and ample seating for you and your guests. Two sofa beds expand your sleeping accommodations! Each of the bedrooms accommodates two guests. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an adjoining bath with both tub and shower.

Final Rental Payments: The balance of rental fees are due a minimum of 30 days prior to the beginning lease date. We gladly accept checks, money orders or cash.
Tax: Florida law provides that Florida Sales Tax and Manatee County Resort Tax must be collected on all rentals of six months or less.
