Reservation Deposits: 25% of the total rental amount or $250 (whichever is greater) is required before reservation is confirmed. Interest earned as a result of security deposits or advance rents shall be considered as compensation earned by the agent for the performance of this agreement.
Final Rental Payments: The balance of rental fees are due a minimum of 30 days prior to the beginning lease date. We gladly accept checks, money orders or cash.
Tax: Florida law provides that Florida Sales Tax and Manatee County Resort Tax must be collected on all rentals of six months or less.
