There are two master bedrooms, each with a queen bed, private bath and it’s own TV. There are two twin beds in the third bedroom and a set of bunk beds (twin/double) in the fourth. The ground floor can act as a mother-in-law apartment with it’s own den, a full bathroom, a kitchenette, and a bedroom with a queen bed. The downstairs den has a queen sleeper sofa, a TV and a gas stove. The upstairs combines the kitchen, dining room, and living room into an open, bright, very comfortable living area, with a gas fireplace and double doors that open out to the large deck. The deck offers a great hot tub and incredible views of the surrounding mountains. There is a surround sound entertainment system and DVD player in the upstairs living room. Ceiling fans in every room make this home comfortable in the summer and winter. Stay at Mountain Time with your family or rent it together with your friends family.

Initial deposit is due at time of booking by major credit card. Final payment, including taxes, is due 45 days in advance of arrival in Winter or 30 days in Summer. Pioneer Ridge Management reserves the right to cancel any reservation without notification if deposit or payment dates are not met.

Security Deposit
A Security deposit for nightly rentals will be a credit card authorization of $200.00 for a condominium/townhome and $500.00 for a home that will be taken at check-in.
