This 2200 sq. ft. A-frame style cabin is just 5 miles north of Pagosa Springs on Hwy 160 in the San Juan River Resort, on the mountain side. The cabin has easy access to the highway, and is approx. 20 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area. San Juan River Resort is surrounded by 3 million acres of National Forest with access to the San Juan River.
This 3 bedroom, 2 full baths and finished basement cabin is completely furnished with washer/dryer, and fully equipped kitchen. It has a gas fireplace in the living room with sofa sleepr and 6 place dining room table with leaf. The cabin is set up with added features of WIRELESS DSL, satellite TV, DVD, VCR and a stereo/CD player. The loft upstairs is the master suite with a king bed and full bath. There is a king bed in one bedroom on the main level and a double in the other,with a shared full bath.
A wrap around deck off the living room and dining room areas allows views in every direction. In the basement there is a dormitory type living arrangement with a double and four twin size bds with access to theoutside, perfect for the kids.
With the indoor basketball game, the kids can spend hours shooting baskets. This is one of our larger cabins on a wooded lot close to other available rentals. Great price for the number of individuals it will sleep, plus close to the ski area and town.
