This is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo with garage and great views of the mountains. It is located about 4 miles West of Pagosa Springs, about 35 min. to the Wolf Creek Ski Area and minutes away from the golf course! For a small fee you can use the facilities at the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center, just across the street.
The ground floor consists of a 2 car garage, bedroom with 2 twins, a 3/4 bath, laundry and family room with TV, VCR and sofa sleeper.
The second floor living room has cable TV, DVD, VCR, stereo sofa sleeper and gas fireplace. Large well equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, and upgraded appliances is great for family gatherings. Also on the second floor is the dining room, master bedroom with king bed, master bath and a 1/2 bath for guests.
