This cabin is 6 miles East of Pagosa Springs on Highway 160 in the San Juan River Resort, Mountain side. This home sleeps 8 people and is on a wooded lot close to other cabins. Nice views, easy access to highway, 18 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area. San Juan Resort is surrounded by 3 million acres of National forest.
This is a three bedroom cabin with two full baths. The master bath has a huge jetted tub and a 2 person sauna. The house is completely furnished with washer/dryer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and most of your small appliances. New appliances, linens, dishes, ect!!
It has a gas log fireplace in the living room (ambiance without the hassle)! The living room also has a sofa sleeper for extra sleeping. There is a 6-place dining room table with insert and 4 bar stools for the very long bar style countertop. There is now Satellite Dish TV reception, with a VCR (with some videos) and a stereo system.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with a full bath across the hall. Each bedroom upstairs has one queen and one twin, with a full bath between. And there is a sofa sleeper in the living room. There is a large deck off the living room with a bbq and lawn chairs.
Great price for the number of individuals it will sleep, plus close to the ski area and town.
