This home is located 6 miles east of Pagosa springs on Highway 160 in the San Juan River Resort, mountain side. This is a brand new home just completed in November 2001. It is on a wooded lot and just steps away from other homes we manage. It has nice views, easy access to Highway 160 and is 20 minutes to the Wolf Creek Ski Area.
This 3 bedroom + loft home has 2 bathrooms, completely furnished with a stackable washer and dryer, stove, oven, microwave, and most of your small appliances. It has a gas log fireplace in the living area with Satellite TV, dining area. The master bedroom is upstairs just to the right of the loft area that has a futon, it has a king bed and a full bath. The downstairs has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 1 bath.
This is a beautiful home with nice views from the deck.
There is also garage usage and there is a foose ball table and a pin ball machine also in the garage for added fun!
