Casa Buena Vista, a beautiful 4 bedroom home, is poised above the San Juan River (you can hear the river's soothing sounds) with georgeous views of the river, Pagosa Springs and the mountains from its spacious decks and hot tub. The home features a large loft, 3 1/2 baths, 4 televisions, a second small kitchen in a fully-furnished lower level and a 2 car garage. You will love the main floor kitchen/dining area with it's own fireplace and new appliances. There is a sleeper in the living room and loft area, with a king in the master bedroom and a gueen in each guest bedroom. There is a complete living area in the lower level with a kitchen and bedroom with 2 twins and a sleeper in the living room. Fenced for horses. $25.00/per horse/per stay.
