This is a spacious 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom log home on a heavily treed lot with great views.
It is located 6 miles East of downtown Pagosa Springs, and 20 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area.
There is a large deck out front with patio furniture and a bbq for your enjoyment.
The main level consists of a roomy living area, a kitchen, a dining room, the master bedroom with bath, a guest bedroom, and second bathroom in hall. Your family will enjoy spending time lounging in the comfortable living room that has two sofas, two chairs, a gas log fireplace, and satelite TV and VCR. The spacious kitchen is stocked full with everything you will need to prepare a meal (you supply the food, of course), and the dining area will seat up to ten people comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen bed with its own double vanity bathroom. The second main level bedroom has a queen size bed.
The two upstairs bedrooms consist of a queen in one room and two twins in the other. There is a cozy loft area with a loveseat, and a game-table with chairs for your family to play games on.
The finished basement bedroom has two twins, a laundry area, and a half bathroom.
There is an Air Hockey Table and a Foosball Table for your enjoyment.
The driveway is pretty steep, so during the winter months you will need a front wheel drive or a 4x4 vehicle.
