This is a very nice four-story home in a wooded area close to a good fishing lake. It looks like a cottage in a fairy tale! It is located in the Pagosa Lakes Resort 3 miles west of downtown Pagosa Springs. The home is a three story, two bedrooms with loft, two and a half baths, with small decks off each bedroom. It is a newly remodeled home in a great setting with cable television and a single car garage.
Sleeping arrangements are one queen bed in each bedroom, a double and a twin in the loft, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Of course, this is a fully furnished home with washer and dryer in the garage, dish washer, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, and cable television and also a DVD player. The dining room table seats eight with a bar that seats two. Place settings for ten. There is a glass-enclosed gas furnace in the living room.
There is an electric bbq grill for your use.
Great home for the price and for the number of people it can sleep.
