This classy log cabin is on the San Juan River about seven miles from Pagosa Springs in the San Juan River Vilage, and 18 miles from Wolf Creek Ski Resort. The spaious living/dining room has high ceilings, plentiful light, and picture windows overlooking the San Juan River. A gas log fireplace adds a cozy feeling. Furnishings include an oversize sofa, loveseat, and entertainment center with a 25" TV, Dish Network satellite service, VCR, and DVD/CD/radio/tape stereo.
The large, well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, and also has views of the river. On the main floor there are two bedrooms (including the master bedroom), a full bath, and washer/dryer. The upstairs has another large bedroom, a three-quarter bath, and a loft that overlooks the living area. All bedrooms have queen beds. There is a futon couch in the loft, and two roll-away beds downstairs.
A beautiful, wrap-around deck overlooks the river. Backyard amenities include deck furniture, a charcoal grill, and a fire ring near the river. Cottonwoods and willows frame the view to the river, and provide a private setting. Just sit back and watch the river flow. Fish in your own backyard or visit the nearby fishing pond, perfect for kids. Stroll through the peaceful San Juan Village, or hike in adjoining National Forest.
Other nearby activities including downhill skiing and snowboarding, cross-country skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, soaking in hot springs, and enjoying nature in a spectacular mountain setting.
