This is luxury! An air conditioned townhome on the 2nd tee of the golf course. Newly built and professionally decorated with a true rustic elegance that defines this unique home and surroundings. The kitchen is a gourmet delight with granite countertops and convection oven. The ground floor contains a 2 car garage, laundry, 3/4 guest bath, one bedroom with queen bed and flat screen tv, kitchen, dining room and living room with river rock gas fireplace, 37" flat screen tv and 300 DVD movie library. DSL service included. Off the living room is the patio with gas bbq overlooking the golf course, mountains and lake. The second floor has a master suite with freestanding gas fireplace, flat screen tv,and access to the balcony. The master bath is equipped with double sinks, jetted tub and seperate walk in shower. Upstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen tv. Outside the guest bedroom is a family room with two double futons, a flat screen tv, and access to the third bath.
