This cabin is 7 miles north of Pagosa Springs on Highway 160 in the San Juan River Resort, mountain side. This is a home on a wooded lot close to several other cabins. It has some views through the trees, easy access to the highway, and 18 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Area. The San Juan River Resort is surrounded by 3 million acres of National Forest.
This 2 bedroom plus loft and 2 full baths, plus one car garage. It is completely furnished with stackable washer/dryer, stove, oven. microwave, and most of your small appliances. It has a gas log fireplace in the living area, with Satellite TV, VCR, C.D. player with speakers located in the bedrooms, deck and garage and lots of games in the second bedroom.
The Master bedroom has a king bed and a queen sofa sleeper with full bath, second bedroom has a king bed, the loft has a double bed. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. The second bathroom is located downstairs.
Outside the owners have hung lots of birdfeeders and if you are lucky you might find some bird seed and corn in the pantry!
