River's Bend is a beautiful brand new home that is on the river! Located 6 miles East from Pagosa Springs, 19 miles to Wolf Creek Ski area, and most snow in Colorado!
The home has 3 bedrooms and a loft, and 3 baths. The home is nicely furnished with everything imaginable, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, sat. TV., picnic table on the huge deck and a bbq. There is plenty of parking space available. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs with a queen and a daybed, and a bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and a sofa sleeper in the loft. There is a sofa sleeper in the living area also. Enjoy hiking, fishing, kayaking, horseback riding, golfing, winter skiing, seasonal hunting, hot spring tubs in town with great shops, restaurants and all around fun.
There is also a home across from River's Bend, called "Fireglow" that will sleep 12 people.
