Very private location with lots of open space around it but still only 2 minutes from I-70 access to all the ski areas. Excellent property for large family groups--lots of amenities in the house itself and also only about a mile from the Silverthorne Rec Center ($6 million facility with 4 heated pools, 3 with water slides; hot tubs; weight room; exercise room; daily classes of all kinds--something for everyone in the group).
