Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. Reservations made less than 45 days prior to arrival must be charged in full on credit card at the time of booking.
SUMMER: $50 non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking. One (1) night's lodging is then due within 10 days of the booking. Final payment due 48 hours prior to arrival. Reservations made less than 10 days prior arrival must be charged in full on credit card at the time of booking.
