If you cancel WITHIN forty-five (45) days and we are able to re-rent the unit for the entire time of your original reservation, 90% of your advance payment will be refunded. The total amount of your advance payment will be retained if you cancel WITHIN (45) days and we are unable to re-rent the unit. A determination as to whether a canceled unit was re-rented will be made only after your original departure date, and only by our general manager, whose decision is final and binding.
