The two story chalet is located on a 1/3 acre lot in a quiet residential neighborhood of South Lake Tahoe. It is centrally located within minutes of Heavenly Valley Resort, Stateline (Calif/Nevada) casinos, public beaches, bike trails, restaurants and shops.
The main floor includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area which opens to the spacious, vaulted living room with fireplace. The upstairs includes a large luxury master suite (king size bed), and adjoining entertainment room (2 sofa beds & TV), two bathrooms and an open loft area with a king size bed overlooking the main floor.
A 6 person hot tub is located off the main deck. The spa is outside and easily accessible from the main structure. Also included is wireless Internet access for your laptop PC.

To receive deposit refund the keys must be returned and the chalet should be in the same condition as when you checked in (floors, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms clean). The soiled linens and towels should be left in the laundry room and will be cleaned by the maid (this service is included in the rent). Any cleaning in addition to the laundry will be deducted from the $100.
Payment schedule: 25% Reservation Deposit, balance 2 weeks before
