Located in lovely Rancho Bernardo you will have easy access to all major freeways in San Diego and you will be located only 10 minutes from major shopping malls (discount and upscale), 15 minutes from the Ocean, Downtown San Diego, and Casinos, and 30 minutes from all Amusements Parks (San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Sea World, and Lego land).

Cleaning Charges
A cleaning charge of $40.00 will be charged if the rental is not cleaned before checking out.
Damage
All breakage and rental damage during your occupancy must be reported to the office. Tenants are responsible for and are expected to assume liability for any damage to the rental and its contents, other than normal wear and tear, during their occupancy. Units with security deposits will be inspected carefully after your departure, and your deposit will be adjusted if any damage is found.
