The large chests of drawers is the perfect place to set up a bar and appetizer display illuminated by recessed lighting. A large window lets in plenty of Palm Springs sun and brightens up the entire setting which also includes the owner’s contemporary artwork.

The family room is an excellent place to kick back and enjoy TV or music. It includes an L-shape couch, wood-burning fireplace, 54” high definition TV with HBO and showtime, DVD player, CD Stereo and ceiling fan. Your family pet will enjoy the convenience of the doggy door leading out to the enclosed yard.

Adjacent to the family room is the dining room with large square wood table and seating for six. Conveniently located to the dining room is the adjacent full kitchen. This kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook gourmet meals in style. Ample granite counter tops, birch cabinetry and tile floors set the mood. For your cooking enjoyment, you’ll have stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator freezer with ice maker and water dispenser, two convection ovens, a microwave oven and dishwasher. There is even a wine refrigerator. A coffee maker, blender and toaster oven complete the room.

Sliding glass doors lead from the dining/kitchen areas to the vacation rentals back yard. Swim in the pool, grill on the gas BBQ, eat at the outdoor dining area or just lounge in one of five comfortable lounge chairs. The private yard of this home has it all and more. The more is its pool side cabana with colorful futon bed and luxurious leather chairs.
