Upgrades include plantation shutters, media nook, built in desk & shelving in den, a leaded glass front door (with phantom screen), private waterfall & spa in the backyard. This vacation rental is new and loaded with quality & comfort.
The master bedroom has a King bed, TV, 2 nightstands and a dresser. It has an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a stall shower. The suite also has a large walk in closet. The guest bedroom has two twin beds & a TV. The guest bathroom has a bathtub/shower.
The home also features a den with built in desk/shelving & HIGH-SPEED INTERNET. An office chair and fax machine are also inclluded, and a large window with plantation shutters let's in plenty of desert sun. You can even watch a dvd in the office while working.
The spacious living room has comfortable seating for 6, a media nich with 56" TV and a warm fireplace. The neighboring dining room has a table and four chairs, a ceiling fan and sliding glass doors to the private back yard. A full kitchen includes granite counters and new GE profile appliances , tile floors and loads of storage.
There is also a 2-car garage, a great laundry room with GE washer / dryer and lots of cabinet space. Finally, the vacation rental has a spectacular yard with mountain views, extended patio and walkway, water fall , BBQ center and spa.
