Dry Heat Resorts is proud to own and manage this cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the Vista Del Montanas community. The front of the home opens to a private patio with cactus garden. Sliding glass doors open to a back patio that sits on a green- belt and winding walkways. The back patio faces the eastern rising sun and is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. Furnishings are a mixture of Southwestern rustic & South-seas tropical as is embodied by the comfortable ruttan dining chairs and wicker ceiling-fan. Two bedrooms each have a comfortable queen size bed while the 3rd bedroom has a sofa sleeper and an office desk with leather high-back chair.
