Green River Cottage –Sleeps 4-6, A Cozy two bedroom one bath cottage with a fully equipped kitchen. Amenities: Queen Sleeper Sofa, BBQ, Large Rock Sun Deck, Horseshoe Pit.

Sun Suites – Sleep 2-4, Two Spacious studios each with a private bath. The Upper Studio sleeps 2-4. It has a king bed, queen sleeper and Large Rock Sun Deck. The Lower Studio sleeps 2 and has a king bed, sitting area, Wood Burning Fireplace, and Stone Patio. Studios have a BBQ, and can be rented together or separately.

*The property sleeps a total of 18 people for retreats.

There is a two night minimum stay on weekends and during peak season and a three night minimum on some holidays .

Final Payment: Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation & Refunds: Written notification is required for cancellation. If written notification is received more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, all payments received, minus a 10% cancellation fee, will be refunded. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival, any refund is subject to the ability to re-rent the property. If the property is not re-rented, no money will be refunded.
