Lovely remodelled river bungalow/cottage across from the Russian River and just 5 minutes from Central Healdsburg. As our guests walk through the gate, they are presented with gardens and child's play area all within fenced boundaries. Several steps up the front door, and you enter the living room area to your right. Carpeted and furnished in a contemporary style, the owner has furnished the home with large sofas and chairs, beautiful wood dining table, Cable TV/DVD, and in three bedrooms, two queen beds and two twin beds. One full bathroom has a shower/tub combination and pedestal sink.
Large kitchen and dining area are furnished with modern appliances and tile floors, and accesses the back yard through sliding glass doors. Outdoor furnishings are provided, with propane BBQ.
