Continuing to your left is the fully equipped kitchen with gas range, multiple pots, pans, bowls, serving platters and utensils, and table for 8-10.

As you walk through the laundry area you come to the extra large entertainment room, with queen sleeper sofa, big screen TV, stereo, VCR, game table with lots of games, day bed, and french doors exit to the deck. Down the hall are two guest bedrooms, each with queen size bed, and off the living room upstairs is the large master suite, with king bed and private bathroom.

This home is ideal for family gatherings, or to use as a spot to relax and let the river and the day drift by.

There is a separate studio cottage just outside and off the living room. The studio has a kitchionette, full bathroom, queen bed, sofa and private entrance. Idea for in-laws,friends, or older children.

There is air conditioning throughout the house for those hot summer days.
