Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 1:00PM. If you arrive prior to 5:00 PM, you may pick up your keys at our office at 41592 Big Bear Blvd. Arrangements are to be made with the office if your arrival time is to be after 5:00 PM.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, unless the cabin can be rented. Phone reservations must be confirmed within three days by mailing check or money order. Security deposits vary. The balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival.
