Ceiling fans grace all the rooms, but should the ocean breezes die down, air conditioning (metered separately) is available for a nominal cost. Optional maid service is available for approximately $8/hour with a 3-hour minimum. There is a 14-NIGHT MINIMUM over Christmas/New Years. A credit card imprint (with signature) is required for a security deposit upon arrival on island.
