Any additional beverage/grocery provisioning service is an additional 10% service charge (calculated on the total cost of the groceries purchased). This new optional meal package will be available to all Summer Heights guests staying November 15, 2008, onwards. *Any guests intending to bring more than 4 kids (under 18 years old) must have advance permission, and is on a case-by-case basis. Please note: Christmas/New Years require a 14-night minimum and Thanksgiving rentals require a 7-night minimum. Security Deposit is $500.
