The Main House comprises the living area (equipped with a high-end media system) & a custom kitchen which opens out to a covered living/dining terrace (with built-in gas grill). The terrace looks out to the beach at Smugglers Cove. Gun Point's bedrooms are all named in a British family tradition: in the Main House, the king master suite (built within the original gunpowder store) is called "Union" - this suite has its own private terrace and also accesses the main terrace. "Jack" is the other suite, which has french doors opening to the main terrace. Steps from this covered terrace lead to the infinity-edge pool & sundeck and to an outdoor shower. GUN POINT'S RATES INCLUDE PREPARATION OF BREAKFASTS & LIGHT LUNCHES 5 DAYS/WEEK (you buy the groceries & drinks), & 2 BOTTLES OF WINE UPON ARRIVAL. Also included is a complimentary gourmet dinner for all High Season guests (prepared and served by one of Tortola's best chefs on the evening of your choice). During Low Season, a light self-serve welcome meal will be prepared for your arrival. Breakfasts & lunches are prepared by Gun Point's housekeeper/cook (lunches may be either picnic or served at Gun Point - guests simply pay for groceries & beverages, except for the complimentary dinner). Gourmet dinners at the villa may be arranged, and are charged on a per-person basis - please inquire for menus & rates. Gun Point's staff will also be delighted to stock the villa with groceries & beverages for your arrival - they'll do the shopping, and you'll reimburse Gun Point for the cost of groceries & drinks upon arrival.
