If your party is 6 persons or less (using the main level) you'll still have access to the pool table on the lower level BUT NO OTHER ROOMS (bedrooms, baths, kitchenette etc), otherwise you will be charged the additional rental rate. Please make sure everyone in your party is aware of this firm policy to avoid any misunderstanding. There is a tenant in the apartment below the villa, with his own private entrance. He cannot see into any part of the villa, including the pool area, so your privacy is completely assured at Great View. Please note: Thanksgiving rentals require a 7-night minimum.
