There is a wonderful selection of shops and restaurants in Marigot, the capital of the French St. Martin, about a twelve minute drive from the villa. Within a 15-minute drive in the opposite direction there are casinos, restaurants, additional shops and the international airport on the Dutch side of the island.

Please note: This is a non-smoking villa; children are welcome; and the caretaker and his dog live on the far edge of the property.

DEPOSITS: 50% of the total rental price must be paid within seven calendar days of date of issuance of confirmation. Final payment is required 90 days prior to arrival. Reservations made less than 90 days prior to arrival must be paid in full within four days of booking, by wire transfer or bank check, in order to secure the property offered.

CANCELLATIONS & DEPOSITS: Deposits are not refundable for properties. Some Caribbean and Mexico deposits may be refunded less 25% - 35% of the total rental price if notice of cancellation is received 90 days or more prior to arrival. The exception is Christmas, New Year, February and major holiday periods, where the total deposit or full payment will be forfeited. Travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
