This luxurious villa, on a hill overlooking Baie Rouge, is facing the Caribbean sea, the far distant St Martin's mountains and the island of Anguilla . It offers now a fantastic kitchen bar out of maple, with granite countertops from where you see the sand of Baie Rouge Beach. A new oversized bedroom suite with two French doors and a large private terrace is now available, out of tumbled marble floor with ensuite tumbled marble bathroom, a dressing room and a private patio . The sea view, from both bedroom & bathroom is spectacular . Since October 1st, 2007, Beaulieu features : In the main house, a very large and airy kitchen-bar open towards the sea and the swimming pool ; an inside dining room ; a double living open to a covered terrace for outside dining and living, and a large heated swimming pool (50' x 20') . Around the swimming pool, three oversized bedroom suites with their private terrace, each one out of tumbled marble and a postcard sea view . The fourth bedroom suite, with its separate study-room, occupies entirely the charming cottage, very near by, with its large private terrace facing the sea and the beautiful scenery from over a private lawn . On walking all along Beaulieu, you always keep the gorgeous sea view . *When rented as a 3 bedroom, the 4th bedroom cottage is not available.
