An exotic 3 bedroom villa with separate one bedroom cottage, situated on a hillside with exceptional views of Pigeon Island National Park and the Caribbean Sea within walking distance to the beach. This unique villa tastefully combines the best of Eastern and West Indian architecture to create a home of exceptional tropical flair, character and ambiance. The main house is designed around three separate pavilions on different levels, linked by enclosed bridges framing dramatic views. The main pavilion opens onto a marble tiled sitting/dining area with dramatic views, featuring vaulted ceilings exposing the beauty of natural wood, leading onto spacious covered decks overlooking the Caribbean Sea, perfect for enjoying spectacular Caribbean sunsets, listening to the sound of the surf, dining, or simply absorbing the surrounding natural beauty. This pavilion also accommodates the kitchen opening directly onto the main deck. The second and third pavilions flanking the main pavilion on either side, accommodate two equally appointed Master Bedroom suites (Bedrooms 1 & 2), with unique, king sized four poster Indonesian bamboo beds, and specialty stone tiled bath areas with outdoor showers featuring 12 inch wide shower "rain heads". Bedroom 3, downstairs, features a queen size bed with oriental bed head, with bath ensuite. Each bedroom has ceiling fans and a private patio leading directly to the pool and tropical gardens.
Downstairs is also located a large TV room (with cablevision) opening onto a rustic, stone tiled patio featuring a wet bar and swimming pool located in a sun patio. The many patios throughout the house provide wonderful spaces for relaxation and enjoying the spectacular views.
The separate guest cottage, "Ti Zan", located on the hillside above the main house has a large verandah with a panoramic view of the sea, Pigeon Island and the Rodney Bay area. This leads into an open plan bedroom (with queen size bed) and kitchen all enjoying the spectacular view. The shower area, designed with a mix of local and imported stone, is suspended partially outdoors, with large traditional windows wide open to the view. For Ti Zan Villa, we provide half-day maid service, twice weekly.
Both Zandoli and Ti Zan were designed with a blend of modern and traditional architectural detailing of their roofs, eaves and windows to capture the most of the prevailing winds to ensure tropical but cool comfort year round.
Zandoli and Ti Zan provide a unique opportunity to experience island living at its best.
