This brand new three bedroom beachfront villa is located on a peninsular at Trouya Beach located in the north of the island. Its large fully equipped kitchen boasts all modern facilities. This open floor plan villa has a king size 4 posted bed in the master bedroom with an en suite European style bathroom. The second bedroom comes with 2 single beds or a king size bed depending on your choice and the third, a standard size bed. The three bedroom three bathroom villa is tiled throughout, comes with A/C in each bedroom and a large patio area with its own swimming pool. Also has cable television and telephone service. A vehicle is highly recommended.
The villa is located on a small development consisting of 4 modern luxury villas near the beach and is literally seconds away from its own small cove beach area. A five star hotel is nearby which hosts a mini mart,boutiques, restaurants and water sports. These facilities are free to use as the resort is not all inclusive and welcomes all visitors.
