Located on the island of St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Guest Cottage at Carnival Beach House is now available for rent. The Guest Cottage has two levels and each level has a studio apartment. The studio apartments may be rented together or separately. The main house is occupied by the caretakers.
Carnival Beach House constructed using traditional stone wall techniques. The stones were quarried locally and accented by conch and sea shells. The shared pool is large by rental villa standards - over twenty thousand gallons. The Beach House is truly beach front with Klein Bay just a few steps away. A private path to the water provides access to swimming and snorkeling. Klein Bay is a pebble beach while a white sand beach, Ditliff Beach, is a 15 minute nature walk or a 10-15 minute swim or snorkel. Both Ditliff Beach and Klein Bay are protected by Ditliff Peninsula, so the calm, crystal clear waters are sheltered from heavy surf and strong winds and offer very good swimming, snorkeling, kayaking and wind surfing. Occasionally when the surf is up, you can hear the pebbles on the beach wash in and out. It's hypnotic! Klein Bay is a 10-15 minute drive from the groceries, restaurants and shops of Cruz Bay, all on paved roads.
