This hillside villa has a kitchen and living area upstairs with a long deck facing the ocean on the upper level. The two well-appointed and spacious bedrooms in the lower level of the main house are warm and inviting. And, on the other side of the pool and grilling deck, a third bedroom guest cottage has its own kitchenette and sitting area. It's perfect for those who want just a little extra privacy with a view.

Cancellation Policy - Total Booking Charges (less any taxes) are non-refundable unless VIVA! is able to re-rent the amenities reserved, less a 20% handling charge of the total rental.
