South Palm, a four bedroom Pool Villa, features each bedroom as a Master Suite, each identical in size.

Furnished with tropical Caribbean furniture, each Master Suite has a king bed, TV, water view and private bath. All showers are oversized 4 feet by 6 feet, three of which are outside, open air. Two bedrooms have private balconies while the other two bedrooms share a brick paved sun terrace all with ocean views. The two-sided veranda delivers shelter from the sun at any time of the day. Each and every room is individually air conditioned to ensure total comfort, should you desire. The kitchen, dinette and great room also offer ocean views. Custom Brazilian cherry cabinets with granite countertops grace the kitchen, laundry room, powder room and the four master bath suites. The laundry room is located on the main level for ultimate convenience with state of the art washer and dryer. Custom hammered copper sinks and bronze fixtures in every room add to the ambiance of a luxury vacation Villa. Custom tile including coral stone floors and a coral stone outdoor shower add to the feeling of being a million miles from home.

All four bedrooms are air conditioned and identical in size and all face southwest to capture the views through screened French doors. All the bedrooms have king beds, a satellite TV in an armoire and adequate closet space. Each has a tiled bath with granite counters, Brazilian cherry cabinets, copper sinks and bronze fixtures, and an oversized shower. Three of the bedrooms also have coral stone outdoor showers. The upper level and main level bedrooms have private balconies while the two lower level bedrooms share a private 450 sq ft brick sun terrace with access to the pool. All towels and linens for 8 people are included.

A gourmet kitchen with beautiful custom made Brazilian cherry cabinets, granite countertops and coral stone floors. The kitchen is centered on a 6-burner gas stove with a hood and oven. Other appliances include a s/s refrigerator/freezer, s/s dishwasher, garbage compactor, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and abundant cookware and dinnerware. There is a half bath (powder room) and a handsome laundry room off the kitchen. A built in gas grill is outside the kitchen on the deck, protected from the occasional shower.

South Palm was designed with families in mind, with all the bedrooms under one roof, interior stairs and two bedrooms at ground level. This is also an excellent home for 2-4 couples, or honeymooners or lovers looking for some extra privacy. The owner welcomes weddings and this would be a great function house because the condos and hotel rooms of the Westin are (a walk) below you. Overall, South Palm is a villa that shows meticulous planning and excellent taste in the design and construction of the house and its surroundings.

The sunsets from the great room, which features a vaulted tongue and groove cypress ceiling, are absolutely fabulous. The southwesterly veranda overlooks the pool and the Caribbean Sea and enjoys cooling trade wind breezes. Sit on the veranda and observe the constant changing of the guard amongst the sailboats in Great Cruz Bay. A ten-minute drive puts you in the heart of Cruz Bay's restaurants and shops.
