Guests enjoy sensational views overlooking the harbor with its mega yachts as well as the view of St. Maarten, Saba on the left and, of course, the glorious sunsets from this three bedroom three and a half bathroom luxury villa. Villa Prestige is great for entertaining as the air conditioned living area is very spacious, the kitchen is equipped for the gourmet cook and there are multiple outdoor areas to sit, relax and enjoy the view. Three king bedrooms with ensuite baths overlook the pool and the view. Attention to detail is noted everywhere, including the stone tiles imported from Dubai that were laid on the terrace and in the pool. There is an outdoor stereo system on the terrace as well as in the pool. Getting a little hot while sunbathing on the terrace? Mist will automatically spray to cool the terrace by 5 degrees. This is a non-smoking villa. Smoking not permitted in the interior areas. Turnday: Any.
