The large living room looks out to the covered outdoor living and dining areas and the view beyond. A dining area is located by the fully equipped kitchen which was designed for the gourmet cook. An office with high speed Internet and separate phone and fax lines, allowing guests to stay in touch with their business colleagues, is located on the other side of the living room. A third bedroom which is adjacent to it, is suitable for teens or staff. Follow the steps down by the water cascade to the lily pond and the 83/84 degree heated (in winter) swimming pool, which is surrounded by a large deck and a covered barbecue area. The pool, terrace and barbecue area all have marble tiles. The caretakers live in separate quarters at this gated compound and can be available to do laundry at an additional charge. This peaceful retreat offers complete privacy and a place to practice golf.
