On the ocean side patio is a built-in charcoal barbecue, (bring own charcoal) patio furniture, and gated beach access. Other features include central A/C, a large patio in the back, and use of the garage. Owner requests No Smoking Inside and one Small dog ok. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. 2-night Minimum during the week; 3-night minimum during weekends in March, April, May, June and October and all Holidays.
