Dream Catcher is a 4 bedroom, 2½ bath, two story home in Las Conchas, with a beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. On the first floor are three bedrooms, and a full bathroom, and each bedroom downstairs has it's own TV monitor for viewing VCR's. One bedroom has a full size bed, and the other two each have two full size beds.
Upstairs is the master bedroom that has a king size bed, a sitting area, a private bathroom, Satellite TV, DVD player, (bring own DVD's) access to the outside patio and a view of the ocean. The upstairs also has the kitchen, living room and dining area. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for four, is fully equipped, including dishwasher, and most small appliances including coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave.
The living room and dining area is spacious and airy with a wonderful view of the water, ample comfortable seating, Satellite TV, and dining table with seating for eight. The covered outside patio is spacious and patio furniture is provided. Other amenities include central air and heat, ceiling fans throughout, games and VHS movies, cd player/radio, washer and dryer, outside firepit, and charcoal BBQ (bring own charcoal).
Owner requests No Smoking Inside, dogs less than 50 pounds OK, with an additional $150 refundable pet deposit (kennel on site). Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. Minimum 2 nights. Holidays 3 nights.
Turnday: Any.
