Casa Victoria is a new 3 bedroom 2 bath 2 story home in Las Conchas with a short walk to beach and beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a queen bed, ocean view, patio access and private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are down stairs as well as a second family room. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a double bed and a set of bunk beds, full size mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on the top.
The downstairs has a sitting area with a couch and chair, decorative fireplace and a TV monitor for viewing DVD's, (bring own DVD's) and covered outside patio. Upstairs, along with the master bedroom is a great room/kitchen area with decorative fireplace, ample seating, breakfast bar with seating for two a dining table that seats 6, access to an outside patio and a view of the Sea of Cortez.
The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher with most small appliances including microwave, coffee maker and blender. Other amenities include central heating and cooling, ceiling fans throughout, gas BBQ, outside shower, and patio furniture. Owner requests No Smoking Inside and No Pets. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided.
Turnday: Any.
