Nalum is a fully staffed luxury villa located on an exquisite white sand Mayan beach about 20 minutes south of the ruins of Tulum in the Sian Ka'an area.

The villa features three air conditioned bedrooms and a full staff including a cook, houseman, maid and gardener. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, king size bed, its own terrace, chairs and hammock. On the other side of the main living area are two further bedrooms: one with a king size bed, the other two double beds, a big terrace, two balconies, and a shared bathroom.

The living area is at the center of the house with a large sofa where you can play table games, watch films on a 120inch cinema screen, listen to music, or just enjoy the views of the sea. The villa also has many open areas where you can relax, read a book or sun-bathe. The roof terrace has exceptional views of both the sea and the lagoon, in which the sun sets.

The staff will prepare and serve three meals a day. Included in the rates are meals, beverages and round trip transfers from Cancun International Airport.

DEPOSITS: 50% of the total rental price must be paid within seven calendar days of date of issuance of confirmation. Final payment is required 90 days prior to arrival. Reservations made less than 90 days prior to arrival must be paid in full within four days of booking, by wire transfer or bank check, in order to secure the property offered.

CANCELLATIONS & DEPOSITS: Deposits are not refundable for properties. Some Caribbean and Mexico deposits may be refunded less 25% - 35% of the total rental price if notice of cancellation is received 90 days or more prior to arrival. The exception is Christmas, New Year, February and major holiday periods, where the total deposit or full payment will be forfeited. Travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
