Xaman Ha Condominiums are on the beach just 300 meters south of the ferry dock to Cozumel in Playa del Carmen. All the units in this deluxe building have AC, TV, a view of the Caribbean and comfortable furnishings.
Unit 7004 is located on the ground floor, just the fourth unit back from the ocean, facing the ferry dock for Cozumel. It has been totally refurbished with new appliances. The décor features palm trees throughout.
The living room has big comfortable sofas, a small library of movies and books and a spectacular view of the ocean and pool area. The sliding glass doors open to a wonderful breeze and lead to a terrace with hand made rustic twig furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area has seating for six with lots of china and glassware.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed and a cozy reading area in front of wall to wall windows offering a great view of the ferries. There is a private en suite bathroom with tub.
The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king and shares the second bath room with the third bedroom which has a queen sized bed.
Beach towels, bottled water and maid service three times a week are included.
Down by the water the pool area is very large with lots of room to sunbathe. An elevated shade pavilion between the pool and the beach gives a perfect vantage point for viewing both while comfortably out of the sun. The pool is tremendous with a bridge span and plenty of shallow area for young swimmers. Essentially all of Playa del Carmen is at your feet.
