Enjoy your meals in this courtyard, sunbathe on its marble patio or enjoy the shade of its covered deck. The smaller back patio provides a place for divers to rinse and store their gear in the shade of coconut palms.
Private and secure, Casa Carlita is only two blocks from the waterfront Plaza Los Glorias Hotel and from the newest and largest grocery store on the island. There is also easy access to all of the shops and restaurants in San Migel.

Reservations require a 50% deposit for confirmation and payment in full 45 days prior to occupancy. We also collect a $150 to $300 security deposit and the 12% local fees which is due with the final payment.
The security deposit is fully refundable providing no damage is reported. Security deposits are processed at the end of each month and are therefore refunded within 15 to 30 days after departure from the home.
