Situated at the end of a long private drive and on 300 yards of its own shoreline, the Cozumel Caribe was one of the original hotels of the island. A few years ago it stopped operating as a hotel and has just been reopened as a purely residential building - much like a condominium.
The only building that is currently open is the Tower. On the lower levels there are some long term residents and there are currently 4 units being rented on the 10th floor. On the property just off from the pool area is a natural sandy beach with easy access to the sea. There are lots of colorful fish to see here

The entire remaining balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival date. Please mail it in time to reach our office promptly. Credit card payment is allowed in most instances.... call our office. Security deposit (when required) must be paid by check at the time of the final rental payment If payment is not received by due date, then the reservation is subject to immediate cancellation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Payments are refundable only if we can re-rent the property. If you must cancel, your payments will be forfeited unless the property is re-rented at the same rate, for the exact dates. If ...
