Residencias Reef 8380: This charming unit on the top floor of Building 4 at Residencias Reefoffers you stunning sea views and a jacuzzi style bath on the balcony, and a solarium with bar on the roof.
In the living room you will enjoy more of those stunning sea views and Satellite TV as well. There is a double sofa bed in the living room.
The bedroom has a king sized bed.
You will enjoy the use of you fully furnished full sized kitchen. You can prepare anything here from a piece of toast to a 6 course dinner. Or pamper yourself and let us arrange a cook to prepare home-style Mexican meals. They do the entire cleanup and the dishes too.
Building 4 - 8380 ONE BEDROOM UNIT: The Residencias Reef Condominiums on Cozumel are located right on San Francisco Beach, the most beautiful beach on Cozumel. Just a 5 minute boat ride to some of the greatest reefs, it's perfect for divers...and beachcombers. There's also good snorkeling just off the beach. And that beach stretches on for miles and miles so you can run or jog for as long and as far as you like.
All the Residencias Reef Condominiums have central air conditioning, maid service, and access to a large freshwater infinity edge pool. The condos are located about 9 miles south of Cozumel's only town, San Miguel. This unit has a private patio with its own Jacuzzi on the terrace and easy access to the beach. There is a brand new pier for dive boat pick-up.

The entire remaining balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival date. Please mail it in time to reach our office promptly. Credit card payment is allowed in most instances.... call our office. Security deposit (when required) must be paid by check at the time of the final rental payment If payment is not received by due date, then the reservation is subject to immediate cancellation.
